At Autistic Joy, I provide strengths-based, neuro-affirming support for autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent people, their families, carers and the professionals who support them.
Drawing on both professional experience and lived experience as an autistic and ADHD woman with a PDA profile, I offer practical, compassionate support that honours each person's unique way of being.
Whether you are seeking advocacy, guidance, education or emotional support, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, navigate systems with confidence, and build a life that works for you.
Navigating disability, education, health and community systems can be overwhelming. I provide advocacy support to help individuals and families understand their rights, communicate effectively with services, and access the supports they need.
Support may include:

I am currently completing a Diploma of Counselling and offer counselling support within the scope of my training and experience.
My counselling approach is person-centred, strengths-based and neuro-affirming. I am particularly interested in supporting autistic and ADHD adults, late-diagnosed women, parents of neurodivergent children, and people exploring identity, self-understanding and wellbeing.
If I am unable to assist with your particular needs, I am happy to connect you with trusted professionals and services within my network.
